OLIAROS first launched its now award-winning Antiparos Project in 2004 with seven houses built in 100,000 square meters of land. By 2017, the Antiparos Project has grown into a pioneering development project in Greece, working with 15 architecture practices on 36 properties built or currently under development in over 800,000 square meters of land. OLIAROS’s development model is unique in Greece, and involves collaborating with young and emerging architects: our vision is to revisit Cycladic architecture through a contemporary approach, thus establishing Antiparos as a new high-end residential and architectural destination.
In our projects, we opt to remain faithful to local tradition and character, informed by a contemporary and personalised design language. The award-winning Antiparos Project is a great example of our development ethos and methodology: each villa is uniquely designed in response to its landscape, and is built using local materials and techniques as seen in traditional Cycladic buildings. Each OLIAROS villa is created with great care and attentiveness to detail, and is customised according to your own taste and preference. We deliver your villa within 18 months, and we recommend three site visits during the building process for you to inspect and finetune every aspect of the design as the building proceeds.
OLIAROS provides a complete suite of pre-sale, construction, after-sale, maintenance and management services, making the entire process of acquiring your dream home on Antiparos completely hassle-free for you. Our range of customised-villa offering varies in terms of budget, location and style, but all meet the highest standards in quality, contemporary design, function and comfort. After your villa is complete, we offer personalised concierge and management services, delivered by our own Beach House Antiparos boutique hotel, where all OLIAROS’s clients receive a priority treatment. You may also choose to include your property into our rentals programme; this way you can rest assured that your property will be taken care of in the best way possible, by the same team that built it for you in the first place.
